Conferences

The versatility of the space within our Conference centre means we can cater for all business sectors.  We have the space to host everything from large national sales conferences, product launches, training or formal presentations to more intimate smaller meetings, interviews and teambuilding.  All our rooms are bright spacious spaces with lots of natural light.

We can set up all our rooms to suit the event you have planned.  They can be theatre-style- with rows of seats facing the front – or you might prefer a horseshoe shaped plan, boardroom or cabaret style.  Whatever your event is, we can set up the rooms in a way that will be most useful.  Just ask our dedicated events team and they will ensure your room is set up perfectly.  All rooms come equipped with TV monitors which can be linked to your laptop and free wifi throughout the building.

Whether you require simple break time refreshments or a buffet lunch, our in-house catering team guarantees an efficient service. The menus offer a variety of hot and cold buffet options, including a selection of vegetarian options, we also cater for all dietary needs. And with our 5 star certification for health and hygiene you can be assured of the highest standard of service and attention to detail.

Bookings can be made for whole or half days (0800-1230, 1300-1730 or 1800-2130) and all prices exclude VAT.

The Beacon Room

The Beacon is our largest room and will comfortably seat up to 150 delegates in THEATRE  seating style and 100 delegates in CABARET style. The room has a large screen and projector for presentation purposes.  Located adjacent to our Cafe, this room is ideally located for larger.

Whole Day: £210 (Mon-Fri) / £260 (Sat)

Half Day: £105 (Mon-Fri) / £130 (Sat)

 

Room 5

This room is our middle sized room it will comfortably seat up to 30 delegates in CABARET seating style but is also suitable for BOARDROOM or HORSESHOE layout for up to 25 people. Fully heated and air-conditioned for comfort and has a large LCD display screen mounted on the wall for PC presentations.

Whole Day: £160 (Mon-Fri) / £210 (Sat)

Half Day: £80 (Mon-Fri) / £105(Sat)

 

 

 

 

 

Room 3

This is the larger of our two smaller rooms and faces out over the Technology Park and beyond. It is ideal for conferences of up to 20 people in formal Boardroom or 17 HORESHOE  table layouts. This room also has a wall mounted LCD display for presentations.

Whole Day: £110 (Mon-Fri) / £150 (Sat)

Half Day: £55 (Mon-Fri) / £75 (Sat)

 

 

 

 

Room 2

Room 2 is our smallest  and also faces out over the Technology Park and beyond. Room 2 can accommodate up to 12 people in formal BOARDROOM  or 11 HORSESHOE shaped table layouts .This room has a small LCD display screen mounted on the wall for presentations. This room can also be used for CABARET style but will only accommodate one ROUND table which seats 8 people comfortably or two small ROUND  tables which will accommodate 12 in total.

Whole Day: £100 (Mon-Fri) / £120 (Sat)

Half Day: £50 (Mon-Fri) / £100 (Sat)
